I’m here to offer positivity, encouragement, support and most importantly provide a fun and safe workout that will inspire you, motivate you and achieve the results you desire.  

My personal fitness journey began around 25 years ago at University when I joined a gym and discovered how beneficial regular exercise can be in managing stress levels, aiding sleep and providing that all important ‘me time’.  I have been writing informal training programmes for friends and family for the past 10 years and last year decided to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer.  

I’m also a mum, so I understand how busy life gets. When my son was a baby, my daily workout at the gym was my lifeline – a treasured hour that I could devote solely to my wellbeing.  I’m passionate about health and wellbeing at every life stage, and truly believe that we can achieve the fitness goals we set, no matter what stage of life we are at.
