Whether you train hard day in day out with a personal trainer to achieve a competitive sporting goal, or you exercise once a week to maintain your health, our two clubs have the advice and facilities to suit. Health and Sports provides a varied and flexible timetable of classes, activities, programs and challenges. All classes and programs are structured to accommodate every fitness and level.

 

Health and Sports has developed a fun club atmosphere, with many occasions and good reasons to get together. This has encouraged an entertaining social calendar of Karaoke nights, the members lounge, midwinter Christmas and Christmas parties. Most are held at the Kingsland branch so one can enjoy the new members lounge area overlooking the pool.

 

In today's fast and hectic world, it's really nice to get away from the daily rigors of work, and invest some quality time in yourself to recharge your batteries. That might be taking part in one of the high-energy boxing circuit classes, or a relaxing yoga class. Finishing off with a few laps of the new 25 metre heated indoor pool (Kingsland only).
